This super breakfast smoothie is one of my favorite grab-and-go foods. Good and good for you!
- 1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt
- 4-5 strawberries, frozen or cold
- 1/3 cup quick-cooking oats
- 2-3 tbsp honey
- 2 ice cubes
Really all you have to do is put these puppies in a blender and spin, and then add the ice and spin again. I have the 700-watt Ninja Pulse blender and it always does the trick, though things can take a while to slip down to the blade when all of the ingredients are on the thicker side. To try and stop this, I layer the ingredients as you see in the picture, with the denser stuff nearer the blade. Happy blending!
