3-Step Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Do you like red bell peppers? Do you have said peppers in your kitchen right now? GO FORTH AND DIP!

A tangy blender treat:

  • 2 roasted red bell peppers (do it yourself, or use the jarred kind that have been packed in water and drained)
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Step 1: Assemble ingredients; blend to desired consistency.
Step 2: Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 3: PROFIT.
